Dan: Magdalena Bay are a duo with a synth-heavy pop sound, and visuals that reference Windows ‘95 and ‘80s video aesthetics—so, a very 2020’s kind of band, but they do it so well!

The thing that really made them stick out in my mind though, is their songwriting  livestreams. It’s just really cool to see the things they obsess over and get stuck on, and the stuff that comes together during their sessions—always fun to watch. See the making of Sky2Fall below:
